All mail and packages sent to the university are routed through Titan Print & Mail (items cannot be sent directly to a residence hall). When mail is ready for pick up, students will receive an email notification with an access code to pick up mail from TPM鈥檚 intelligent lockers or instructions to pick up mail from the counter.

Students should pick up mail and packages promptly. Mail that isn鈥檛 picked up within 24 hours will be removed from the lockers. Then, students will need to pick up the package during store hours at the main desk with an ID.  After each semester, unclaimed USPS First Class and Priority mail will be returned to sender or forwarded if there is an updated address. All other mail will be disposed of. 

Items will be rejected if:

• Missing full (first & last) name
• Wrong address
• Package contains alcohol or illegal substance (will also be reported to Campus Safety)

Using the Intelligent Lockers

• IWU ID is required for picking up mail at the counter during regular business hours.
• Access code from email is required to pick up mail from intelligent lockers. 

Do not have food or perishables - such as through Instacart, GrubHub, or DoorDash - delivered to TPM; these items will be rejected upon delivery. 

Use your residence hall address and schedule a time to receive items personally at the front entrance. Delivery drivers cannot leave items unattended or enter the residence halls. Residence halls do not have a reception area or personnel to receive items.

Titan Print & Mail and 91黑料专区 University are not responsible for any unattended delivery items dropped off at campus residence halls, apartments, or fraternity houses.

• Oversized/Expired Mail: Email titanmail@iwu.edu to give permission and friend鈥檚 name, who will need to provide their IWU ID to pick up your mail.

If you are expecting an important package or cannot find a package, email titanmail@iwu.edu with the tracking number. Without the tracking number TPM cannot look for the package in the system.
